I owned a website yourqwest since 1996. I would of purchased at the time quest.com but someone owned it at the time and they wanted thousands of dollars for the domain name.
So I developed yourqwest in 1996. In the year 2003 Qwest communications came across my website and liked what they seen and wanted my website and slogan. so they went ahead in march of 2003 and filed for a trademark on the name yourqwest when the trademark went through and was granted to them on october 5th of 2003 they went to court and filed a trademark violation against me stating that I was selling communication equipment and competing with there company while using there name. My company name was Quest Business Strategies corp and today it is called Your Quest Business Solutions, Inc.
less then 25 days after they were approved the trade mark of my name they went to a judge and said they have been trying to contact me and made repeated requests for me to stop using there name and I never responded so becuase I had a picture of a telephone on my website so they told the judge that I was competing with there business while using there name and the judge ordered network solutions to terminate my website and hand it over. The trade mark trail is clearly marked and the law states that a company that first uses a name for its business has the first right to it. I clearly had that right after 6 years of using my website url name. I sell how to ebooks always have and never once sold communications equipment.
The problem I am having is that no one wants to go up against Qwest becuase of there deep pockets and there own Law team called Qwest Law which all they do is steal websites.
The trail of how they stole my website is so clear that a child can see the path they took but no one wants to help. Right from the trade mark website the dates they applied and when they filed to steal my website.
I have been trying to fight them since but it seems no one wants to go up against them and I refuse to let the url go. They are con artist and thieves and I refuse to give in.

Your kidding right
I was selling products for 7 years under the name Your Qwest
how is that cyber sqwatting and how is Qwest Communications have anything to do with Your Qwest. when thats my name. In Fact I was doing business under Yourqwest for almost 7 years. and they decided to trademark it in 2003 so how am i cyber sqwatting.I would really like to know.
I would of used Your Quest originally but some guy was sitting on the name and wanted $3000 for it back then and there was no way I was paying for 3 grand for url. In fact that url was finally sold this year in March of 2006 for $2500 almost 10 years later. The facts are all there look it up its all public knowledge.

You were trading using their name to attract business or else you would have done it under the PROPER spelling of your own alleged company name.
Q"u"est can not be a typo in the form of Q"w"est.
Why wouldn't you have just used the correct spelling of your alleged business or a derivative there of?
Sounds more like you were cybersquatting.
