Qwick n Cheap Fones Luz Barrera iPad Scam! Payment via MoneyGram to Sherita Caraway & Godfrey Ijie! Luz Berrera is a Fraud! Aurora, Colorado

On 6/2/10, I joined the website Shopster, a network of dropshippers that connects your ebay account so that you can list on ebay directly from their website. I then added the vendor Qwick n Cheap Fones to my network as I wanted to sell their iPads, they were dropshipping. I listed one iPad in a 7 day auction. I then noticed on Shopster that Qwick n Cheap Fones had removed me from their network. I e-mailed them, asking why, advising them I had listed one of their iPads and it was selling. I received an e-mail back from "Luz Barrera" stating they were just updating their website and had plenty of iPads, just send the order to his e-mail address. He also said they were having a buy one, get one free promotion. I listed 3 more and they sold right away. I asked Luz for his phone number, 303-800-6018, and talked to him via telephone. The number is listed to an address in Longmont, CO. He asked me to send a MoneyGram for 2 iPads, 2 free to Sherita Caraway at 1240 E. Jewell Ave., Aurora, Colorado. I did. He then sent an e-mail and said his boss, "Godfrey Ijie" saw the order but informed him their was a 5 unit minimum, that if I wanted the iPads I had to send $1,200 more for 3 more iPads. I said that's impossible for me to do and asked his boss to call me. I got a call from Godfrey, phone number 233-240-063795, and was asked how much I could send. I told him $500. Buy then my paypal had been frozen for "suspicious activity" because of the big amounts going in and out, so I was only able to send $350 via MoneyGram to 382 Warehouse Lane, Osu, Accra, Ghana 23303. I talked to Godfrey, he said that was fine, I would get tracking numbers for the FedEx shipment. I then received an e-mail from Luz, Godfrey didn't trust me because I didn't send the whole $500 and I needed to not only send the $150 more but $150 on top of that to cover the courier fee since they were holding the shipment. I said I could not send $300 but could send $200, they agreed. I sent that to Godfrey. I then got an e-mail from Luz saying he only received $100, that I needed to send $100 more. By then I had called the FBI and filed a complaint on their website IC3 Complaint. I informed them of this. He assured me he was not trying to scam me for just $100, send it and I'll get the tracking numbers. I sent him $100, hoping against hope, it was true and I could recover some money. I received an e-mail this morning from Luz saying that Godfrey didn't think I would send the extra $100, so he "spent" the last hundred I sent and now he's short $100 and I need to send $100 and it will all be done. It will never be done! He said if I didn't send the $100, it would take 30 days for a refund per company policy. What company? What policy? They are frauds. This is a scam. I, also, noticed Sherita Caraway is involved in another scam that was reported on this website. Beware!!!
