RD Walker from Manaseh, Epharim & Associates has made hundreds of promises, daily excuses and told thousands of lies and still no funding.
It has take RD Walker forever to fund our project and just like every other project he says he can fund it has gone unfunded FOREVER.
Now he has an answering service to field his incoming calls so he is even more transparent and harder to find. He takes weekly trips to (no one really knows except what he tells everyone) and comes back empty handed.
Can RD Walker and Manaseh, Epharim & Associates fund any project? Do they really have access to Billions of dollars????
Or, is everything that R D Walker says a complete 100% LIE? I believe it to be ALL LIES!!!!
