Saw me standing on street waiting for Uber Said I seemed "safe” and "fashionable” Wash dressed in a black coat, fur scarf, holding a trunk Claimed that he was lost and a taxi cab dropped him off with 36-37 pairs of heels in the trunk among other clothing, his wallet and phone Claims he needs $40 for a cab Made me send an email to "rhowardsandiford@gmail.com” with the subject "Cab assistance” Had me type: "He approached me off of eastern parkway and Kingston for transportation into the city by cab. Therefore, I loaned you 40 bucks. I look forward to coming to your show room.” Claims will reimburse tomorrow at "show room” "I’ll make you something, design you something, anything you want” Claims he does not have Venmo or google pay I told him I didn’t have cash He said, "Girl, I never carry cash on me either” Asked me to go to an ATM I told him I was waiting on an Uber There happened to be a Bank of America right next to me Gave him $40 and he thanked me profusely Suspect is black, has a lisp, presumably homosexual, about 5’6” and 140 lbs
