After checking them out through the BBB and verifying that there were no negative reports filed against Relocation & Storage, I acquired the services of this company on July 8th, 2005. At first, it seemed like this company was everything that a person would want - communication was good, every step was explained in great detail, & they followed up with me when I called back with various questions relating to my move.

On July 28th, when my move date (7/29 or 7/30/05) was approaching, I spoke with Megan Frederique who confirmed that the moving truck would arrive anytime after 8:00am on the 30th. By 10:00am on the 30th, I decided to call to get an estimated time of arrival - nobody was answering the phones. I received a phone call a short while later from James Nazarian who told me that the truck would arrive either later in the evening or very early the next morning (which would have been today-7/31). The truck didn't arrive, no phone call, no means of even attempting to reaching anyone, as the office is closed on Sundays.

Now I am $789.36 poorer with no company to move my belongings, and I am supposed to be in Colorado tomorrow to take possession of my new home! Anyone that goes with this company can be assured of one thing - A TRUE RIPOFF IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD!!

I suggest you charge back your credit card. if you were not serviced you do not have to loose your deposit. Dont wait for this company nor any company for a credit.
