On 3/28/09 I ordered and received two free (except for shipping costs) sample products. I called to order more and was told that I qualified for a $50.00 special rate. I was stunned when on 4/6/09 a charge came thru for $85.26. I tried to call the number on the charge and it did not pick up. I understand that many people got suckered into this. This is a perfect example of a negative order. You, by ordering the free samples, give permission to send more and charge whatever they please. To many companies are using this gambit. I wonder how many well-meaning folks are paying quadruple what a product is worth and don't even realize it.
When I called the ResVpure company (after I finally found a contact number) the small boy I spoke with said there was no record of my ever having ordered anything!
I want to stop all contact with these people and get a refund. I have visions of paying thru the nose for the rest of my life.
Question: Does anybody know if Dr. Oz and Oprah condone this type of marketing?

If anyone is confused how to contact ResV Pure, here is the information. ResV Pure customers can go to resvpure.com and scroll down to the bottom of the page and use the links. The links also provides a telephone number if you would prefer to talk to someone in person. Most customers are using the online link to contact the company since it only takes a few moments to complete.
ResV Pure offers consumers the opportunity to try a free trial sample of their product (just pay a small shipping and handling fee) before the consumer commits to enrolling in the monthly auto-shipment program. As clearly stated in the Terms of the Trial Offer, which terms every consumer must agree to before ordering the product, the consumer agrees to a 10 day product trial period, beginning on the day the trial is ordered, to try the product. In the event a consumer is dissatisfied with the trial product or if for any reason does not wish to be auto-enrolled in the monthly shipment program, the consumer can easily and quickly cancel the program, with no further obligations, by going to the web page clearly posted on the actual product label, where the consumer can cancel the auto-shipment program online or cancel by calling the customer support number provided on the web page. In the event a consumer failed to read the terms of the program or if the consumer forgot to cancel in a timely manner or for any other reason, the consumer can simply return the product, in accordance with the posted return policy, for a full refund--no questions asked!
