Hello enclosed is some of the emails i have sent to the company www.rabbitscooters.com. I have plenty more messages saved from this insane company.
I've tried calling the phone number for the company & yet no reply.
I need technical service & support.
Otherwise I might have to take legal action against your company to get the service I require, i don't want to do that since I like the motorcycle I've purchased & the previous prompt service. I will give you till the end of this month to respond. That is 11:59p.m. , Sept 30, 2009.
Enclosed is my original emails that i needed answered:
Hello, my name is ----- - I ordered a motorcycle from your site a while ago.
I need support for my motorcycle, model: SL-200-2
I have 2 questions that need to be answered.
I want to know what type of headlights i have (the model number - or that equivalent in U.S. headlights)?
Do I have transmission fluid and how do I replace that fluid, (or is the motor oil & transmission oil the same)?

Your story is just like mine. About a moped guy.. selling them.Check this out.
There is this guy he works for a company called moped medic, claims he's a doctor but can't provide any legal documents
to prove he has that ability.. .. he works for this company. A restraining order was put on him because he was sending sexual and
stating to perform sexual assault on a former customer...
He has several complaints against him on Ripoff report or this company he works for.. ..
This all happened after there was a dispute over a repair of a moped. How stupid can this get.....But of course every criminal has a story.. or blames someone else..
