On October 03, 2003 I paid $690.29 to Race Performance Parts for a body kit for my car. Despite the seller's announcement on his site a confirmation email was not received.
I emailed the seller on October 07, 2003 and received seller's email on the same date verifying that the payment had been received.
On October 13, 2003 I emailed the seller again to inquire about the status of my order - no response.
With email from October 18, 2003 I requested a definite shipping date and a tracking number by October 20, 2003, or - if such are unavailable - that the funds are refunded to my account by October 21, 2003. Race Performance Parts ignored this email as well.
During my research to pursue this matter I came to find out that the phone number listed with Registrar for this website belongs to a dry cleaner in Rockford.

It should be noted that Ute received a full refund of payment on the week of October 23rd 2003. We are not in the practice of ignoring our customers concerns. Also, the registration information for our website has since been updated, and it now current and correct.
