Racefab - Off Road International ripoff will NOT give you what you order or pay for Rusk Texas

I bought a chassis and then the custom suspension set-up from Racefab, they built the chassis to fit my body, when they finished it I had them build the suspension. When I started the build, I expressed to them that I was in no hurry, but they insisted that it would take them 6 weeks. That was in January, they finished the chassis in June. Then I had them to start on the suspension, they finished it in November. But from October till December Martha "Marty" Jackson continuously would call me to beg for me to send more money even though I had already paid the 50 % deposit.

Now I am fed up with Marty calling me every other day demanding that I send her more money, when we had discussed my coming out ( to TX) to pick up my parts. So I fly from Orlando to Dallas then drive another 4 hours to get to Rusk to pay the balance due on my contract only to find out that they have "decided" that I owed another almost $1,000 that I had to pay before I could get my stuff. This was late on a Sat afternoon, and they demand that I pay in cash. There was no way that I could get cash so I had to drive back to Dallas and get my check book. Now they put up a fuss about that but I had them put it in writing that they were going to ship my suspension to me in Florida once the check cleared, just so I could leave with my chassis and body, to keep from having to come back down there or have it shipped.

The check clears the bank less than a week later, and it takes them another 4 months to ship my suspension, minus the wheel bearing assemblies. When it arrives I immediately call Marty and tell her that the bearing assemblies are NOT in the box, she insists that they should be but she would check her inventory to make sure that they had been in fact shipped. Two weeks passed and I call her back, she says that they are going to make me a set and ship them to me but the person that builds them was off of work for a few week because of injury or something like that.....

For the next few months I was unable to reach them by phone, e-mail or fax. So I called from a different number and she finally answers. Now her excuse is that the machine that they use to make them is down but as soon as it is fixed mine will be the first out the door.... Again more months pass and I realize that I have not gotten my wheel bearings yet. Again I deal with the dodging of my calls and so I send a letter with return receipt that they never picked up. I start calling again, but now it is every day, 5-10 times per. Finally I catch her on the phone and now she is insisting that she had sent them in the box with the suspension. This is ridiculous, why would I keep calling, I have better things to do with my time than to spend it calling them for no reason.

Now for what I want, I want at the very least the delivery of the wheel bearing assemblies to me as well as the required alignment specs, and the return of the improperly collected "late fees" that they hit me with when I came to pick up my stuff.
