I signed up with racejobs.com in jan 2005 paying a refundable fee of $450.00. I was very unhappy with them after a couple of months but had to wait 2 years before I could apply for a refund.
After sending a certified letter asking for my refund (letter was received and signed for by Don Pearsell) I have not heard or recieved anything. I have filed a report with the better buisness bureau (they could not do anything as he simply ignored all of there correspondence) I have filed a report with florida dept of consumer services (again no luck as he again simply ignored ther coorespondence).
I filed a complaint with orange county consumer fraud department ( Again same old rubbish. He simply ignored them). This guy needs to be thrown in jail as he has blatantly ripped me of and I'm sure scores of other people. What gets me, is that his web site still seems to be active. Its just a shame that this guy and his bogus company cannot be bought to justice.

Sorry Wayne, but your information is incorrect. I fell victim to the Pearsall's in 2007 and did everything I could to get my 450.00 back after the 2 year contract. The cashier's check was mailed directly to Kathy Tubbs in Florida. So when you say they did not handle the monetary elements, you are either lying or they kept the money from you as well.
I remember the website very well and your name was never listed as the owner, co-owner or even an employee. Only Pearsall and Benoff were mentioned.
I still have all of the documents and emails from back then and would love to get my 450.0 back but I am sure that will never happen.

It`s funny this site is now gone !! Good Luck getting your money back from these losers ! All you had to do was goggle thier name :-( They are in Cocoa ,Florida !!If you have to send money to a PO box ,IT`S A SCAM !!!!

Don Pearsall and Kathy Tubbs Pearsall were not the owners of record for this complaint. At the time of these complaints, The company racejobs.com was owned by me, Wayne Migliori and Greg Benoff. These complaints were settled with these consumers in a timely fashioned and we are requesting. Mr and Mrs Pearsall's named be removed from your complaint. They were advisers only because of their connections in professional motorsports and in no way responsible for monetary transactions. The parent company Speed Media went out of business in 2007 and is no longer conducting business.
