Rackspace Outscourcing Online-Home-Jobs Misleading Advertising, Non-payment for work done, e-mail support only acknowledged and never dealt with issues, chat line rarely available and no response, monitoring sales from my work never divulge Internet

I applied to do some work with Online-Home-Jobs (Rackspace Outscourcing) having read details from their website about opportunities, earnings and numbers of satisfied members. I purchased the Adposting Work at a cut price of $40 as the rates paid by the company 'were the best on the internet.' I could earn $5 per adposting and additional amounts for clicks on my ads and sales that my ads made for the company. My details and ID were e-mailed to me including instructions on how to post ads. Some of this was contradictory and written in poor quality English.



I started my work at the end of September 2011 and made 1002 postings ($5010) I decided to wait to see oif I would be paid. The worst case scenario was in late November 2011. The dates came and went and I was not paid at all. I kept my account live in this time.



I then tried to contact the company. First by using the contact form which was duly acknowledged every time. However, there was never any follow up at all.  I have tried e-mailing direct without luck. The chat line was rarely open and when I did use ith they would not 'chat' to me. One victim of their practices reported that the telephone contact line did not work (then it is stated that this is only for certain types of call and I guess complainrts is not one of them.) I have sinced scoured the internet to find many disgruntled and unpaid 'workers of theirs.' Clearly this company is still trading and still taking money from people. like me, who wanted to work from home. They are not honouring their obligations and are behaving in a disgraceful way. Why are they still allowed to operate? This completely escapes me.
