Luckily I didn't allow this company to take advantage of me, but they just as well could have, had I not been insistent...  This company did not have the item I need in stock but they used delaying tactics to get me to order it anyway... I kept asking them how long it would take to deliver the item, and that I couldn't order it until they told me how long it would take to ship, they finally got mad at me, for asking how long it would take before I ordered, and they told me to take my business elsewhere... This type of business doesn't have anything in stock, but rather they order the item AFTER you order it, then they never have to stock the item...  They have no customer service, if you call them you have to leave a message, you can never talk to a customer service rep, and when you email them it takes days for them to get back to you sometimes... Then (after I decided, this company would never produce the product I needed) I found the identical item for 30% lower... GISSN was asking $457.00, and I found it for $327.00 with free shipping From Zoro Tools as well...  BEWARE of companies who deal like GISSN on the internet, I'm so glad they weren't able to convince me to order the item, I'm sure it would have taken much longer (if I got it at all) and I know it was 30% cheaper from Zoro tools.
