Radialabs Direct Charged my ATM - threatened me if I dispute this with my bank, I will NOT get my money back Hollywood, Florida

I ordered a sample from another company other than Radialabs Direct, however the company website I pulled up suddenly diverted to Radialabs.  Website stated that a sample was $3.95. I ordered sample. What I did not know was ordering the sample authorized them (so they say) that I was to get a shipment every month. The sample came in January. They state they have sent me a full order each and every month.  Last Month - May a box did come and I wrote refused on the box and sent it back. I was told today that they have no proof of receiving the box.  If they do receive the box, they will refund my money within 60 90 days.  They lied to me about an ATM charge also. They stated my bank charged that fee. Radialabs calls the ATM charge an International charge.  That is when I asked them where they were located and she said Florida.  But, I would be that is just a call center for a foreign site. I called my bank and they said that is not true.  Radialabs charged me the ATM Fee. I spoke with Amada #124 and Supervisor Denise # 171.  Denise told me if I disputed these charges with my bank - I would never get any money back.  This is the biggest scam ever. I am a great deal of money. I am changing my ATM card TODAY.
