RADIALABS FACE PRODUCTS Can't Contact To CXancel direct debit Hollywood, Florida

I am a very disappointed frustrated customer since reading all the information on the radialabs web page I felt quite convinced with the products and that if I wanted to stop receiving them they clearly state that you only have to phone or email them. But they state that this must be done before your ( in one text it says 14 days trial and in another 18 days
trial is over.

So that is what I have done I have emailed them twice and had no reply when I've clearly asked them to please respond but I've had nothing back from them.  So failing this I phoned them 3 times the 1st was for 23 mins 2nd time 1 hour 31 mins and on this occasion I did not hang up, after an hour and a half it just cuts off.3rd phone call lasted 1 hour and ten mins.They rave about how you can  contact them any time!!!

They should not be able to get away with ripping innocent people off its stealing. I asked my self why they are ignoring my calls emails Well its obvious IF YOU CANT CONTACT THEM YOU CANT CANCEL YOUR PRODUCTS AND DIRECT DEBIT
PAYMENTS. So we are being ripped off. 

I have contacted my bank but unfortunately they say they cant do anything until payments have been taken and it is not easy to stop the payments even then they will have to investigate the company.
