They automatically take monthly charges from banking account so I cancelled my order before trying product as I do not trust this company nor do I agree with there policies. You need to ask for an extension on trial period otherwise the 14 day free trial begins the day you place order and unless you ask for an extension they do not mention it. Shady company in my eyes.
