Radiant Skin Luscious Youth AKA Luscious Youth Fraudulently charged my credit card with price of two products without my knowledge; sent products to me without my ordering them. Santa Ana California

On my computer, I ordered samples of two beauty creams: one eye cream and one anti-aging serum from Radiant Skin and Luscious Youth.  I did not receive these samples   Instead, I received full-sized products, without having ordered them.  And my credit card was charged with two large amounts - two separate charges from the two different companies named above.

I asked the assistance of my credit card company and they confronted them on the telephone - a three way conversation. It was a lengthy call.  The credit card company filed a dispute against the two companies who sent me the products unauthorized (in actuality, it is all one company).

The "supervisor" was very rude and, during the conversation offered 35%, then later on 50% and further on offered 75% refund. When I refused these offers and I decided to let my credit card company handle the dispute, the supervisor hung up, cancelling the telephone connection.

I was satisfied with the support I received from my credit card company.
