I've brought this radiator about a three years ago from them and the first year had a leak and been contacting them and they never response to email, messages or anything. This means the lifetime warranty they adveriised is bullcrap since you cannot reach them. I had to buy another one from a local Advance Auto with a real lifetime warranty since they are local and you can bring it to them if warranty is ever needed. I've been happy with it no more leaks and their radiator still in my storage shack for evidence. I also realized I'm not the only one they scammed if you do a google on them. Do not fall for these internet scams. Radiator Barn is a joke, they sell you a cheap cheap radiator leak within a year crap!

I have worked for Radiator Barn for 13 years now, and we have always prided ourselves on our great customer service. We have phone lines where you can talk to real people based in THIS COUNTRY for customer support and if the phone lines are busy, we offer the opportunity to leave a message for a call back. We also have a detailed web response system that allows customers to contact us by e-mail via a web form on our site.
I noticed the complaint was posted on July 4th, a day which we were closed to celebrate. I am not sure if this is why you couldnt get through or not, but we also offer after hours and holiday messaging system for calls during these times. Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm EST. Feel free to give us a call and we can talk about your warranty issue. If it is covered under the warranty, we will assist you in recovery - the manufacturers are ultimately responsible for defective items, so we seek to aid our customers.
