Normally, if I have a problem with the service of a business, I go to Angies List, but here, in this case, I feel it is justified that I lodge a written complaint with Ripoff Report.

Several months ago, I went to Blue Star Imaging of 1 Cowboys Pkwy in Irving, Texas to get diagnostic imaging service done.

When I went up to the service desk to get checked in, the receptionist verified my insurance and claimed that I owed them $700.00 for a previous visit.

I told them that it was not possible since I had the receipt from them on a previous visit showing I DID pay.

The receptionist turned a blind eye to my case and blatantly demanded for her $700 and rudely said, or you dont get any d*mn service (her exact words).  I asked to speak to her manager to which she refused but instead gave me her managers name, Rae McGarrity.

I asked her if I could have Rae McGarritys phone number to which she responded You can also Google her under LaRae J. Reier.  Im not allowed to give you her phone number, she said.

Frustrated that I did not get what I came for, I left the building in dismay.  I have never been treated with such disrespect in any clinic whatsoever.

Several attempts to contact Miss Rae McGarrity (AKA LaRae J Reier) were made, and no phone calls were ever returned.  Ive even tried to contact her at her companys other locations, still no returned phone calls.

Customer service is so bad at Blue Star Imaging that I could get better treatment from a public health center such as John Peter Smith Hospital

For that reason, I feel it was necessary to lodge this complaint on Ripoff Report.  Do NOT patronize Blue Star Imaging because their employees are rude, and their management does not seem to care about its patients.  Money is the only thing that they care about.
