We are writing to report RAF Transport Inc. , ran by Russell Fisher
We had been in communication for long before booking the first load from him in March 2014. This load was from Russia destined to Vietnam. We paid 50% deposit and the load was in transits. However, a problem occurred and the shipment couldn’t make it. He offered a full refund mid transit and we agreed.
But after half a year, and many emails and phone calls, we still haven’t received the refund. Basically, we paid him for nothing.
He is in Russia now although he does have a company registered in Chicago. About a month ago, he stopped returning our phone calls and emails. We have no clue where he is at now.
We have filed a lawsuit. I hope other business entities will take cautions when dealing with this person if he ever comes around again.
