Ed Quinteros advertised on Craig's List for someone to help him and his company get credit so he could grow his company for a fee. I responded, as I try to help different people get their companies and dreams off the ground. Ed responded with a simple request. If I could temporarily put my name on his company charter, International Office Solutions, LLC he could apply for a loan and then expand his business. He put me in contact with his co-CON man Rafael Barraza of First American Financial Services (First American Trading.com).

Rafael Barraza had me fill out a very short application and a short contract that stated if he was able to arrange credit for Quinteros then I and Quinteros was be responsible for his fee. I was under the impression that Ed Quinteros was getting one loan and that his company would be responsible for paying the loan back. Ed lied to me. Rafael never explained to me that it was credit cards that he was getting for Quinteros and that I would be personally responsible if Ed Quinteros decided not to pay them back.

I never signed or was presented with any credit card application. But all of a sudden there were 4 credit cards with my name on them followed by the company name of International Office Solutions. I called or emailed Rafael Barraza about having my name on the cards and it took him several days to get back to me. He emailed me saying that I should have Ed Quinteros have automatic payments from his bank account to the credit cards. It was too late. in 1 month, Ed maxed out 4 credit cards and went over the limit on 2 of them.

Rafael Barraza's emails have a logo that say America's First in Investment Education and BBB Accredited Business. Rafael is really the LAST IN INVESTMENT EDUCATION AND THE WORST OF ANY BETTER BUSINESSES that I know of.

I would not use or recommend doing business with either Rafael Barraza of First American Investor Services or Ed Quinteros of International Office Solutions. They will cut your throat and calmly watch you bleed to death.
