Do not buy any cable boxes from WTV Rocks. The individual who owns it, Mr. Rafael Pariente will rip you off. If you want to return the product, he will no refund all your money! He will take his time to refund when it's convenient for him.
Do not any products from his website. The toll free number listed is only a answering service. He works out of his residence in Orange County. His Van Nuys address is a mailbox in a mailbox store.
I had to call him numerous times to get my refund when I returned his cable box. He did not keep his word to refund my money as promised. He did not refund all my money as well.
