Rafael Shabtai - TDW Closeouts - The Discount Warehouse Ripoff, Refuses to refund, Bad product, Sunrise Florida

In 2001, I was a victim of TDW Warehouse.

I was supposed to be buying $3000 worth of Sears electronics through "The Discount Warehouse". I was promised that the 3 pallet lot I was buying was to include DVD players, TV's, stereos and various other home electronics.

I wired them the money, and drove up to Walnut, CA to get my merchandise.

What I ended up with was about $250 worth of microwaves. Nothing else was there. The warehouse owner informed me that TDW paid them $250 for the microwaves.

Distraught, I phoned TDW and was informed that there was nothing that they were willing to do. No refunds, no offers for exchange. I tried to get a partial refund, and was told it was not going to happen.

Rafael Shabtai, president of TDW, is a con artist - plain and simple.
