RagingBull.com LLC PennyPro.com claim to provide a service that they don't and are very deceptive on how they market their service

I signed up for a promotional quarterly subscription to PennyPro.com  for $149 (provided by RagingBull.com LLC) and soon after purchase an annual upgrade for $499.  The merchant's claim is that they will provide recommendations when to both buy and sell penny stocks with strict timing and grow a few thousand dollar account into tens of thousands within one year. 

Once becoming a member and "in the service" they then claim that recommendations and specific stock picks are NOT their primary service, but instead education and training subscribers to trade on their own.  The recommendations that they do/did give are dated ie. the "gurus" have already ought and/or sold before subscribers receive the recommendations so their service, in my humble opinion, is entirely worthless.  there are legit services out there..........................this NOT one of them!  Steer clear!
