Rahman Nur is a Nigerian professional scammer who runs a piramid scheme called Titan Mastermind (link 1, link 2), which he uses to capture and scam people. He has scammed hundreds of people for over $250,000.
He will take your payment, never deliver the product, and never refund. He will close his Paypal account, or state it was a digital product so you will not have any chance to recover your money.
Rahman Nur is a 20 years old Nigerian immigrant to the Netherlands, and currenlty lives in Phuket (Rawai area) in Thailand.
His scam-artist associates are:

Hi there.
I pleased to see that Rahman Nur have several ripoff reports here on this site. However I would like to say, that I'm not a an associate of his, but a victim.
I paid $3000 and NEVER received the product nor a refund - the reason alot of people might seem as anassociate with him because he was promoted by them - including me - but this was ALL part of his scam - To have all who bought his program to promote him and his program - to make money using his strategy.
The ONLY one who was his associate was FRASER McDonald.
Me - I was never his assoicate, when I learned I had been scammed by him I distanced myself from him but tried to help the other ones being scammed by him, I stayed in as insider, but NEVER as an associate or supporter of his scheme.
