I, Hayley Ruller, never agreed to a subscription with Progressive Business Publications. I recall sometime in October of 2012, receiving a call asking if I wanted a free trial and I said "okay". Our AP Department received a call from Progressive Business Publications in April 2013 stating we were going to be sent to collections if we didn't pay the $195.50 annual subscription price that we had never received before. We looked online that this company was indeed a scam.
I again, did not agree to a subscription and did not agree to any payments of any sorts. A free trial means, free. Also, we have yet to receive the actual publication that we are supposedly supposed to pay $195.50 for.
This company, if it is a company, is nothing but junk and deserves to be investigated by the Better Business Bureau.
