Rain Soft Of Birmingham Not getting paid for work , Feeling scammed Hoover Alabama

I started to train for Rain Soft of Birmingham as a sales rep about 3 weeks ago.When I went in for the interview the manager that was there told me I would get 2 weeks paid training for driving from Jacksonville,Al to Hoover,Al.

After the 2 weeks were up I could choose either all commission or only a percent of the commission and a weekly salary of 500 dollars.I chose the percentage cut because I wasn't sure how good of a sales person I would be.

After giving the company and myself a fair chance at making a sale I decided that the current route wasn't the one for me.I was never seeing my son and I just wasn't good at it.

The day I went in to quit and pick up my paycheck for the past 3 weeks I was told that since I had 2 days out of the 3 weeks (due to things beyond my control that I called in about and was told that it wasn't a problem) I would not be receiving any kind of pay.For anything.So now I have put myself in debt driving over 150 miles a day to train for 2 weeks and then driving at least another 100 miles a day doing sales calls for this company and they refuse to give me anything for all the time,money,and hard work I have invested.

I was highly upset when the owner of the franchise told me this and when I asked about my two weeks paid training he told me that that was beyond his control because he wasn't the one who had told me this nor did that manager work there anymore.Pretty convenient,huh?

The owner of Rain Soft of Birmingham is a bottom feeder.He just sits back and collects his money and doesn't care about the people out their busting the behinds making it for him.I put my whole self into this company and they repay me with debt.

Rain Soft of Birmingham uses the same tactics to take money from their employees as well as their customers.They purposely pull the wool over everyone eyes and they don't think twice about it.
