Rainbow Play Systems Rainbow Play Sytems "Lifetime Warranty" is a RIP-OFF Norcross Georgia

I purchased a Rainbow Play System with a "Lifetime Warranty" at a cost of more than $6500.00. Upon installation, the installers dug the system too deep into the ground. (the yard was perfectly level)
During installation, the installer waited for me to leave and quickly had my wife sign a document which was not a part of any agreement stating the set was complete and Rainbow Play Sytems was relieved of any liability whatsoever. (An obvious regret)
Within two years, the swing set began to rot at the base and became very uneven and began sagging. After several requests to have the wood replaced, a representative came out and agreed to replace the wood.
Upon beginning to replace the wood, I was presented on site with an agreement for an invoice in the amount $234.00 for the labor. I refused to sign the release and the circus began. At this time, the installer stated he did
not know what he was doing and the company left him no details to complete the abovementioned work and the materials were not correct anyway. My play system was left unbolted throughout and very unsafe for my children.
I contacted the company which refused to to do anything without being paid upfront for the work which was supposed to be under warranty.
I then began calling numerous owners of Rainbow Play Systems only to be mislead with regard to the real owner and how he could be reached. This took two years to resolve and contacting the real owners in several other states.
The materials ordered were constantly the WRONG SIZE resulting in
monthly delays and the inability of my children to enjoy their play system.
This is the worst purchase I have ever made and the Sorriest treatment I have ever dealt with - "BUYER BEWARE" . In closing, my lifetime warranty was changed to a 15 year warranty. Apparently, this Company doesn't realize that some consumers keep their original documents. Always maintain copious records and GOOD LUCK.
