Rainsoft - HRS - Corporate Recievables ripoff dishonest billing breaking the law harrassment Phoenix Arizona

This Corporate Receivables company are trying to bully me into paying money that I don't owe, thanks to Household Retail Services, and Rainsoft. I paid Hrs all I owe them and they have no record of how much I have paid them, so they have told me. But I keep getting bills from them saying I owe 4800+ dollars. So now they have turned me over to Corporate Receivables, these folks namely a David Smith, is calling me threatening me with adding what ever wants to my credit report and what ever charges to me, calling me names and such, getting my parents involved by calling their house and sending me bills and letters to my house and also to my parents house.

I have asked him not to do that to my parents and to leave them out of my issues, it is none of their business and he said he would call anyone he wanted so he also called my sister, and my place of business to try to get my salary info, and wouldnt tell them who he is they told him to screw off. I have told him even worse. To make it worse i just picked up a letter form my parents house where he sent to them. How did he get their Phone number and their address, I dont know. I dont intend on paying them anything.

A lady there called and I was real nice to her and she hung up on me upon me calling back to be a little not so nice about being hung up on; she refused to talk to me and this Davis Smith started name calling and talking junk to me about my parents and calling them names. This is a bunch of bulls**t.

if I could get my hands on him. I tried to do the right thing and be more than fair and settle to pay them even though I dont owe them and no one wanted to do that, because it wasnt what they wanted. So screw them they aint getting nothin. But I dont know what to do about them calling my parents, my sister, my employer.
