Hello,,In 2001 bought a Rainsoft loved it,,I hate to report now that I was very Happy with rainsoft  for about 4yr,,Then we started having trouble with this black stuff coming out of the Reverse Osmosis..we bought several filters and enbrames and everything that they wanted us to get ,,we did..

Well needless to say. here it is 2012 and still hv the black stuff coming out..one of the service men came out and said we needed a P-6  Filter sowe Paid Jeff Thrush the$$$ we owed then also gave him another check for $100.00 to get the part order..Still waiting for that part..He don't answer his Phone..or the Office Phone is full of Messages...so My husband and I have been wondering what shall we do ..Thanks    annie    Moundridge, KS
