Rairdon's dodge,chrysler and jeep of kirkland poorsalemanship-ripping me off and then sue me kirkland, Washington

I bought my 2006 c 230 from rairdons of  kirkland on 3/13/2009. ANDREW (saleman) promised me that the repairs I requested would be taken cared of by them in order for me to purchase the car as for it being all wheel drive(AWD). I proceeded the purchase the vechile on 3 /16/2009 which was a friday night. The next day at work I inspected the vechile an notice it was a 2wheel drive, that it needed brakes I then called and text the ANDREW whom I was dealing with, was informed by him that the sales manager chris benchoir told him do what ever it took to make me happy. I told him fix all the things I requested like brakes and service schedule that was needed at the time and I can live with the vechile being a 2wd. I imformed him If you can't not fix it then I want my vechile back since they made up a phoney sales contract so I would sign it then have me sign a TRUE contract on 3/16/2009 I looked at the contract and notice they wouldn't honor what they agreed with me on friday.

I told them BLAKE and ANDREW that I'm not going to sign the contract just give me my vechile NOW. Also the the agreedment on friday for down payment was $700.00 on monday the 16 they wanted a another amount of $1800.00. for a tatal of $2500.00. they wouldn't not give me my car and then proceeded to say if we GAVE you a sercvie contract with no charge (stated by BLAKE another sales mgr) would you continue the purchase I said no BLAKE GOT MAD AND TOLD ME I HAD NO RIGHTS. I was pissed off and didn't know what to do. BLAKE went to the finanace guy and came back with the real contract I looked over it and notice the cost of the servcie contract was on it. I was pissed off even more and argued with BLAKE tell he told me to sign it or your not going to get anywhere. I was in a bind since they had my keys and was not going to give my trade in back to me even though I had every right to get  it back.

They sued me for putting stop payment on my deposit since I had to spend money out of pocket and time to fix my brakes I felt they don't deserve my deposit. I found out in the state of washington you can't do that(stop payment on checks). The best way to get back at anyone if you have a dispute with let them cash the money/checks etc then you can  sue them.

I made a deal with brain atkins to resolve the matter and he playing games with me.He telling me they would give me free oil changes for all my trouble but haven't follow up since I wanted everyhing  written down  as a contract.

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VECHILE FROM THIS LOT OR OTHERS  THAT RAIRDON OWNS. 

2 weeks later the check engine light came on I took the car to mercedes in lynnnwood to have them check it out. They told me ther was  a bad sensor for the camshaft  I told them rairdon had a 60 day warranty on it. the service writer try contacting chris bechior at riardon to have the pay for it he nver return his call so he summited it to the so called free warranty company they cover it for me.

TILL THIS VERY DAY SERVICE SCHEDULE INFO STILL ON FROM DAY ONE.

BE WARNED STAY ALWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY GOT RATS WHO DO ANYTHNG TO MAKE A PROFIT AND LOOK FOR MORE WAYS TO DO SO.
