 Raj Balujah and Renee Waldron sold me a mobile home with money down and financed me at an undisclosed rate. I bought the home a month ago and have not been able to move in. They put me in a dumpy Mobile home with power wires running on tje ground and sewer water on my sewer tank. The maintenace guy has been telling me sorry for a month and the Manager Renee has not even made my contract yet. I apid them money and have receipts. My children have been playing in sewer water and I cannot move because Raj as he calls himself (I'm not even sure if that is his real name) promised me everything would be taken care as long as I continued to pay him. He even had the nerve to ask me out knowing I am with someone.. He actually said that he would fix my rent/mortgage if I went to breakfast with him and he would get me in my home faster. I am asjamed of myself for believing in them. They are dishonest scammers. I want to file a lawsuit against them but I am afraid for my myself and my children to be thrown out into the street as retaliation. Please be aware that they will take your money and provide you woth a receipt but will not give you a mortgage. They dont disclose the finace raye or exactly how long you are to pay til you own your home and they don't disclose how much lot rent you will pay at the end. I feel like I have been taken advantage of as a single mother of two mentally challenged children. I am only posting this because there is 5 other people that I know of in the same or similiar situation as myself. If you take anything from what I wrote here, please be aware of this guy. He is Pakistani and he says that in his country this is common practice. He will not refund my money or give me anything other then rent receipts!
