Rallys/Checkers Total disrespect and disregard for paying customers New Orleans, Louisiana

On 3/14/2012 I went to the Rally's@N.Galvez and St. Benard Ave. I placed my order with the cashier.at about 11:20 pm cashier did not repeat order slammed windowand gave change without recipt,after waiting about30 min.I was told that I wasn't charged for certian items,had the cashier gave recipt upon completing order instead of sending a friend to the liquior store across the street for cigarettes and cigars taking care company biz things could've been much smoother on top of giving vagrants free food to clean the lot and giving their friends and family free food while the so-called manager was outside the store socializeing with her friend in the green Thunderbird things could be better,I know from past experiences if you attempt to tap on the window the employees show their power by threatening you with having your food spoiled with body fluids or the floor you better not knock on that window;cashiers with no name tags rude attitudes and managers not even in position to run the store,please stay away from this circus in a box!it took me 40 minutes just to get a recipt at walk up by the time I was able to explain to the manager,wevho by the way wasn't in the store imo to be told that I wasn't charged for the items I asked for I stress that all this could've been avoided by simply giving a recipt I guess kool cigarettes and swisher sweet cigars were more important!!! Never again Rallys!!also BBB report will follow!!! Ticket#DS244cashier was not WilliamS. Unless William is female with gold and black dreads! Way to go!! Keep up the good work.!!!
