My pregnant wife and I met Ralph A. Brantley from Big Daddy Tree Cutting Service and he seemed nice. We contracted him for our tree cutting needs and he performed the work during the week when we were at work. He made me stop by his home to pay him before I even saw his work. Major mistake on my part and I have learned from this experience! When I got home I looked at the trees and they were not trimmed correctly! I called him and he promised to come back the next week. A dozen phone calls later and 4 weeks later he just keeps giving me excuses. He won't refund any of our $250.00 and I am frustrated. I researched the company and I don't even know if they are licensed or insured. DO NOT USE big daddy tree cutting service or RALPH A. BRANTLEY.

I was recentley told about this report and searched on the internet by Ralph A. Brantley. This information is not right. Ralph A Brantley always follow up and help his customers recieve outstanding service. I have worked with him and he has always provided OUTSTANDING service. For this customer to place information on a site and telling others not to use his service is terrible. I am so very glad he has GOD on his side and has not felt the affect of such terrible slander by this individual. Shame on you John.

The information provided is inaccurate. I work with all my clients to ensure satisfaction. However, as the owner of this business, I understand you cannot make every customer satisfied; even when you have gone over and beyond. This customer paid for a service that was completed according to our agreement. However, he wanted services that were not part of our initial agreement and I was not able to accommodate at the agreed up rate. Please understand I am replying to this report so late simply because another loyal customer found this false information and suggested I reply. My company has been in business for years and have numerous satisfied clients. Furthermore, my company is licensed and fully insured.
