This will work I sumbitted my claim to the Florida Dividsion of Consumer Reports in Feb, 04. Mid March I now have a check in my hand and am on the way to the bank. If Ramada Plaza Resort is holding your funds hostages, simply write a letter to Ben Brown Florida Department of Agriculture Division of Consumer Services 2005 Apalachee Parkway Tallahassee, FL 32399-6500.
Skip trying to call Ramada, they will not give you your funds back over the phone, but here is a contact name and number if you want to try that Gina Johns or Dan Lambert National Travel Services, Inc. 2419 E Commerical Blvd. Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308. PHONE 954-630-9449. I hope this helps everyone who feels taken advantage of out there, thank you to whoever originally posted this information. Our family is very grateful!
