Ramada Plaza Hotel I AM A FORMER EMPLOYEE AND CAN ATTEST TO THE SCAM! Over 639 victims on this site, why haven't the Florida authorities stopped this rip off scam!Orlando Florida

i am a former front desk agent of the ramada plaza resort. i was employed for little over seven months. it was my first front desk hotel position and boy let me tell you what i learned there. the majority of that hotels businesss comes from the package sales. the packages the telemarketers sell you over the phone. on more than one occassion those very same telemarketers would call the front desk on three way trying to get use to hekp them sell their packages.. the hotel in orlando is called the ramada plaza resort hotel. it is as far from a resort as it can possibly be. when they guests from the packages check in the front desk doesnt even guarantee room type so if the person selling you the package guaranteed you two beds you may nt een get it.. and once you get to the front desk to vomplain they tell you that they are just the hotel and that they have nothing to do with the people selling the packages. which is not true. the people selling the packages are called Ramada Paza Vacations.. sound fishy? and the people who are in training to sell the packages stay at the hotel for free. wonder why? i was very uncomfortable having to be at the front desk and have people check in on ther honeymoons expecting some wonderful experience and getting the shaft so some guy can make his commission. to be honest, the also treated their employees like garbage. the majority of them arent even qualified to obtain the position they have. but they keep revenue down by paying them the minimum, and employing illegal immigrants to wait on you. i have tried to contact the better business bureau but they do not handle employer/employee disputes.. but i am not disputing anything ihave since moved on to amother hotel where they do not sell packages and am free of stress i would just like to warn everyone out there that they need to be stopped. they are ruining floridas good name and for another insider secret THEY WANT YOU TO HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE AT THE HOTEL SO YOU WILL BUY A TIMESHARE.
