Well, I wished that I had found this site earlier before getting scammed into this so called "Dream Vacation". It's more like a nightmare that I can't wake up from. Well, after being contacted by these people, I decided that this was a great opportunity for my and my family to take a affordable trip to the Bahamas by way of cruise. I was also told that I will have 2 days in Fort Lauderdale and 2 days in Orlando. I then was told that after going on the trip, I would have also two other trips I could go to which was Las Vegas and Puerto Vallarta Mexico. I thought that was a really great opportunity. While speaking this this sales pig, I asked if there was any catch to this offer. I remember this person saying that I had to go through a timeshare presentation but I immediately refused. I've been to those 6-8 hour sessions that are supposed to be only 2 hours. Anyway, this person told me that I did not have to attend the whole thing and to just let them know that I was not interested and to just get my vouchers. Well it turns out that you have to pick up the vouchers as soon as you get there and pay $40 in order to do so. This is their way of getting you to come to the presentation. When I booked the days that I will be coming down for the vacation they also scammed me into taking the upgrades for $289. This was to upgrade me from a hotel to hotel on the beach. They had mentioned the Ocean Point Resort. What they did not tell me was that this one is in Pompano Beach (which everyone is saying that it's a roach motel and very dirty and run down). When I went to search this hotel, what came up was the Ocean Point Resort by DoubleTree which is in Miami. This Hotel was beautiful, so I was very excited to go. When I found out it was the other one, I immediately started to investigate more which brought me to this site. The next thing was the car upgrade. I was told that I would be getting a midsize car for me, my wife, and daughter. This sales pig told me that I would need it because I have a child. It turns out that my upgrade went from a sub compact car to a compact car. What kind of garbage is this? Lastly, the other upgrade was from a inside cabin to a outside cabin which is also not true. It turned out to be a room with a porthole. From other reports, I've seen, this isn't the greating cruise boats our their. But I did not mind that so much. I didn't expect to be in the cabin the whole trip anyway. What really got this dream turning into a nightmare was the fact that there are 2 timeshare sessions that you had to go to. One in Fort Lauderdale, and if you didn't buy there, one in Orlando. Well, that broke the camel's back. I decided to call them and cancel and request a refund. Not only were these people obnoxious, but rude and uncaring. They told me that if I cancel I could not receive a refund because it states that in their policy. I told them that I am calling 30 days prior to the vacation dates and they went on to inform me that if I could only cancel and rebook for another time. Now, If I rebook for another time, I have to pay for the cancellation fee which is $100 per traveler. That meant that if I decided to go another time I would have to pay $300 for it. I told them that was obsurd. I think as far as the scam goes, this is where they really stick it to you. I ended up cancelling because I could not go on this trip and subject my family to horrific accomodations. We already spent so much on the deposit, the upgrade, and to go on a trip that would end up being a disaster and pay the airfare as well, just didn't add up. I couldn't believe it when they told me that I could give it away or even sell it to another person. I thought to myself what kind of dirtbags these people are. Why would I subject another person or family to a piece of crap vacation like this. Anyway, I'm sending a letter for a request to the company through registered mail. I will also call the BBB to file another complaint about this company, and I will send another letter to the Attornry General about this company. I'm hoping that someone can help me out to get my refund back. Why hasn't there been a class action suit filed since there are so many people being ripped off. If there is anyone planning this, please let me know ASAP. If there's anyone else that was able to recieve a refund, please let me know. Someone should start to exposed these criminals for what they are. There has to be some way to get these people to refund our money.

you didnt have to purchase the upgrades, you did that at your own expense. im sure nobody was there twisting your arm making you pay the extra money for the upgrades you chose.
