I recieved a call on Aug.13th asking if I would do a survey on how often I travel. Usually I don't do suverys but the gentleman on the phone was really friendly. He said that I had a chance to win a trip through Ramada Hotels, and since I never win anything anyway, I thought why not. The next evening I recieved a call from a Craig Martin(employee # 914) stating that I had won a four package trip from Ramada Plaza Resorts, I was dumbfounded. He asked me to put my husband on the other phone to confirm the information. He continued to tell me that we had won 4 trips in total- Orlando, Fort Lauderdale /Naussa cruise, Mexico and Las Vegas. He spoken so fast that I had a hard time writing everything down. He also said that we would recieve all our travel
information in about 21 days. The total trip value was $3942.00 but we had to cover the taxes , as they are never included in the price on promotional trips.

Since we have never travelled out of Canada, I thought this was legit. So like a fool I paid the $698.00 and waited for the package to arrive. When it did, I was so excited. But know reading all the complaints from all the other people, I can not believe I fell for a scam. I am usually good at avoiding these things. Just to let you all know THIS IS NOT OVER, I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK, NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TAKES, THESE PEOPLE WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS. WATCH OUT FOR THE FOLLOWING NAMES: JUSTIN LANCASTER AND
CRAIG MARTIN(EMPLOYEE # 914 ) THEIR SMOOTH AND FRIENDLY AND QUICK TALKERS. So much for my fun in the sun, this has made me extremely mad, and I hope this company gets whats coming to them. They are using a respected company's name to rip off hard working people.

Up-date, Called the company on Sept.4th @1-800-513-0943 spoke to several people. Finally spoke to Mr. George Norman ex.4241. Explained
to him that I wanted to cancel vacation package and recieve a full refund. After about an hour on the phone he finally agreed to issue me
a confirmation number for my credit card and a cancellation number for my reservation.He told me that I would recieve a notice in the mail within 3 to 5 days and that the charge would be reversed within 7 to 10 days.

I did not recieve anything in the mail so I called him back on Sept.12th and asked him to confirm our conversation on Sept.4th. He vertified my request today, and said that the charge had been processed on Sept.5th
I called my c/c company today and a full refund was recieved. Just to let anyone having a problem cancelling with this company, be polite, but firm when you are trying to get satisfaction. They will try to talk you out
of canceling but stick to your guns.

Just a up-date that may help someone out there that can't get any satisfaction.
Here are some steps I've taken over the pass few days. Call your c/c company and let them know that you suspect that you have a fraudulent charge from this company even though you may
have agreed to their phone terms.

Call the company again and ask to cancel and request a refund, get a comfirmation Number so you can confirm you will be receiving
a refund, then notify you c/c company to look for that #.

If they refuse to issue this contact your local enforcement agency, and file a fraud claim. make sure you keep all copies of any information
you can, Eg. when you called, who you spoke to and what they said. File a complaint with the BBB in South East Florida. There website is
bbbsoutheastflorida.com, they should be made aware of this.

Keep searching for any other information that my help you. Don't give up. I'm not
