Ramada Plaza Resorts Orlando/Ft. Lauderdale Vacations Imperial Majesty Cruise Line Vacations HORRIBLE DREAM VACATION??!!!!! FT. LAUDERDALE, Florida

I was pressured and purchased 2 packages with them which I try to cancel in a couple of day but was told I can not cancel them. Like it says it is a DREAM VACATION....yeah that's right. I had the worst time I kept paying more and more every time. I was misguided from the start. I do not even know where to start this from.

*prices- everything is included even soft drinks at the cruise, I would have to only pay alcohol and gambling.

*accommodation- we were told to go to Ramada1000 which was a dump and they gave us a room with bunk bed for young kids where my kids are 13 & 11.

*Meals- we got vouchers that were not good enough for even kids.

*vouchers- we had to drive all around the FL to get our vouchers and nothing was ready for us when we got there so we had to wait 1-2 hours to get our stuff.

*Timeshare Tours- This is the worst thing ever!!!!

We were never told that it was a timeshare. The day we were to go on the cruise we spent more than 4 hours in Palm Beach Resort while we already own with Vacation Village. Same company was there and we were put through as new potential buyer.

The manager was so rude we told them that it is very though right now and we would not be able to purchase anything. Could you imagine having 13& 11 year olds sitting for more than 4 hours bored of their minds? Manager was rude and said that with what we owe we will not be able to go anywhere and said NO DISNEY CRUISE FOR YOU KIDS. If I can get caught up with this mess vacation I can choose to go to Disney cruise if we wanted to. The whole experience was terrible.

After that we went directly to our cruise. We were so tired and exhausted that we just walked around for a little and went to bed. Even on the cruise we had problems with the bathroom and other things. There was this smell in our cabin that was so strong that they put something in our room to kill the smell because my son has asthma.

Overall all my one week Dream vacation was horrible!!!!

I would never ever do it again!!!!
