I've taken one of these bogus vacations and will never do it again. However, I keep getting phone calls from these people. The first couple of times, I was polite and told them that the vacation I took was absolutely horrible and I wouldn't take one of their vacations if it was free! They assured me (on at least four occasions) that my number would be removed from their call list. Well, I keep getting phone calls with the same great offer. Just last night I said, "I've asked you people to please stop calling me". The response was hostile, to say the least, "You people? You people? I identified myself when you answered the phone and you refer to me as 'you people'?" I guess I have to change my phone number so I don't piss "you people" off, huh?

#3 Consumer Suggestion

Send a certified, return receipt requested letter

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

to their HQ explaining the problem and stating that you wish NO MORE contact with them and that they are not to call you anymore.

Clearly state in the letter that any telephone calls will be considered deliberate acts of harassment.

That should do the trick. If they are fool enough to call you AFTER they receive the letter, go to your local law enforcement agency (with a file copy of your letter and the postal receipt) and file a criminal complaint for aggrevated harassment.

Next, consult with a competent attorney and have fun suing them!
