The company sent a letter describing the vacation. When we called, we were forced to make a decision right then on the phone, and pay the "unrefundable" deposit. They tried to coerce us into "time-share" seminars after we got there (thankfully we are from CA and are exempt from being forced to do this) and were extremely rude.

The "exceptional Cruise Ship" they sent us on was a floating piece of rubbish with a crew that was rude. The whole vacation was extremely unenjoyable.

When they called me back just recently to ask how I enjoyed my vacation with them, the "spokesperson" hung up on me as soon as I told him I was not pleased at all with the vacation. Certainly stay away from this scam.

It was not worth the money we spent to do this. And especially stay away if your home state does not have laws to protect you from being forced into the time share seminars.

They will try to pressure you into buying a timeshare during the seminar and will be extremely hostile if you tell them no and will take up the majority of your day until you either say yes, or have spent over 6 hours telling them no.

Hey I am sorry for your misfortune, however I will do my best to make sure I share as much info. as possible. michelle was done wrong and bless her heart, she got her money back and is still trying to help other people. although I haven't recieved my money yet.

I promise to continue to help everyone just like Michelle.I to wrote Florida Dept. of Agriculture, and they sent a complaint to Ramada ,and said I would here back within 30 to 60 day's.

I also recieved a letter from my Governer who told me that the State Attorney's office was in talk's with Ramada, and this matter would be resolved , with my best interest in mind. Although it took a lot of patience I think now I will get my money back!! Go to Michelle from Conn. complaint and talk to the people she recomend's like Mr. Bronson at the Dept. of Agriculture this is a good source he respond's fairly quickly!!!!

GOOD LUCK and Michelle help me warn everybody about RAMADA because what they are doing to people is wrong!!!!
