Ramey's Market Place They are ripping people off and staff is RUDE Monticello Mississippi

I was recently in the store to buy a birthday cake for 2 of my sons. I found the cake that I wanted and asked the girl if I could purchase a different "kit" for the top of the cake, seeing how myself and others have done this on several different occasions I did not think it would be promblem, BOY WAS I WRONG! I asked the first time and was told my the "NICE" deli worker that it was not available, so I continued to look through the book with all the cakes in it and again asked about another "kit" that is when the girl informed me it was available but she would not sell it to me. She was very rude and also unprofessional about this, but to make things worse she asked me directly how to spell one of my sons names and I told her how it was spelled but when I get to the check out it is spelled wrong. If you complain to the store manager he only informes you that the deli is not managed by the store but is seperate if you complain to the deli manager it is not her promblem. This has caused numerous people to stop shopping at the store. I will do my business either in New Hebron at Sullivans were the staff is friendly and helpful or out of town because appartently Monticello does not need the other residents of Lawrence County's business.
