I had a policy with FIRST INSURANCE COMPANY OF HAWAII
There was an complaint and the issue was handed over to RAMON ILUSTRE
HE IS AN ADJUSTER.
Without doing an investigation he took what the claimate had to say without consulting me he had paid for the claim.
I spoke with my broker and he had said the adjustor was wrong and acted to quickly but.. my broker said that the claim was paid and I would have to pay the deductable .
if you hold a policy with FIRST INSURANCE COMPANY OF HAWAII dont have RAMON ILUSTRE handle your claim.
