We contracted Ramsey Landscape Inc to resod our front yard.
After two (2) weeks and daily watering via our in-ground sprinkler system, there were many dead strips and unsightly weeds.
We had the contractor, Kirk Ramsey, look at the disaster and he claimed that he had received poor product from Enterprise Sod Store of Bixby and that he would show them a strip of dead sod with those weeds to see if they would replace the sod.
After Mr. Ramsey contaced Enterprise, I received a text from Mr. Ramsey that Enterprise saw felt no liabilty on their part and Mr. Ramsey also claimed no liabilty on his part.
This is terrible customer satisfaction by both companies!
I have contacted my legal counsel to resolve this issue.
