THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! The two incompetent amigos Juan and Sergio in the Finance Department took it upon themselves to cash a $1000 check for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON when I had already given the FULL down payment for my recently purchased vehicle.  I wouldn't be nearly as upset if they charged my checking account for this huge mistake, but they actually charged my 75 year old Grandmother's account the $1000.  My family isn't rich, especially my Grandmother, so $1000 is A LOT of money to just steal.  It has now been 11 days since we brought this to the attention of Juan and Sergio and they continue to not return mine or my Grandmother's phone calls.  Apparently they cannot cut a check from the office here in San Diego, but they have to request the money from an office all the way out in Houston, TX.  I guess it takes 11+ days to send mail from Texas nowadays.  I have only spoken with one person at this entire dealership that seems to even slightly want to help me with this TERRIBLE SITUATION, and it wasn't his deal, so he
doesn't know enough to really even help.  It's December, and December 5th was my Grandmother's birthday and she had NO MONEY in her account because of the $1000 that was so wrongfully taken.  Not to mention that she can't pay bills, fill her car with gas to get to work, buy Christmas presents, nothing because the account is suspended due to this whole
ordeal.  I really do wish that I was making all of this up, but the sad truth is that all of this is 100% true and is making for a horrible car buying experience and a horrible December.  Please reconsider buying a car at this dealership because I wouldn't wish this customer service, or rather LACK THERE OF on anyone.  Merry Christmas Rancho Chrysler Jeep
Dodge!

How did a check signed by your grandmother make its way to the dealership's finance dept if you had already paid whatever that check was supposed to cover? Anyway just remember this: whenever you give a check to a business always assume it will be cashed. If you change your mind about the method of payment make sure you get the check back before handing out any money.
