I am being kicked out of this place because the manager is a drug addict and is paranoid because I am taking the b*tch to court for retaliation against me. Her husband has threatened residents and they are in fear of being kicked out if they report maintenance issues just like I did.

I am now being evicted because I went over her head to complain. I am only trying to warn you about the problems that you will have by moving in to this dump. I may look like I am only doing this because of my eviction, but I will honestly tell you that I am glad to be moving out cuz the place is a mold infested maintenance disaster.

I only lived here for 2 months and only have paid 25 bucks rent and have a new place. So that shows that I am not doing this report for my own retaliation. I would just like to let consumers know what they will go through if you need maintenance done. Lori Atencio is an obvious drug addict and sits in the office and does drugs with her husband and the maintenance person. I have seen powdery substance on her nostril and she can never stop sniffling ever. If you want to hear everything that goes on with your neighbors, then you can with the paper thin walls and terrible construction at this dump.

The management company , GNS Management has told other residents that they do not care about the laws of the state because tenants have no rights at all unless you can afford a lawyer to represent you. George Summerfield is a slumlord and told me he has 22 years of property management experience so that qualifies him to be a certified mold inspector. What a fool. FOR YOUR SAFETY AND SAFETY OF YOUR FAMILY, PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT IN THE LONG RUN.
