Randolph Brooks federal credit union Rbfcu Randolph Crooks Created fake account to repossess a paid off vehicle San Antonio Texas

I was a customer for over 10 years, had recently paid off a truck I owned for 6 years. Only 46k miles, not 1 late payment ever. Rbfcu shut down my ability to login into my account, then notified me that my vehicle was a security interest for a loan that was in default. The account numbers did not match, they stole my truck and would not allow me my right to cure my vehicle or property. I filed a lawsuit on a contingency with all of the evidence in the world against them. A few weeks in, the lawyer said he could no longer handle the case. I believe he was paid off by rbfcu.

I took my evidence to everyone that would listen and even to those that wouldn't. The Texas attorney General, the ncua, fdic, cfpb, and the list goes on. Thru reported the repossession on my credit report, hindering my every necessity. As the statute of limitations was set to expire, they removed the account number that was not mine and simply added my real account number to it to cover their tracks. Every phone call I made they would just laugh at me and then hang up... Pure scum!

These crooked **** made me homeless for quite awhile and I don't think I'll ever quite recover fully. They stole my livelihood, my ability to earn a living, I lost my family, friends, jobs, etc. Rbfcu takes great pride in suing customers that default on loans, but they wouldnt touch me with a 1000' pole, and I begged them too. I still beg them to sue me!!! What are you afraid of Randolph Crooks? I had paid close to 40k in interest with my 10 year of loyal customer service, and this how they showed their appreciation. I encourage anyone at rbfcu or the federal government to approach me on this subject, in fact, I dare you!
