Randolph Hirsch, P.A. Tax Accountant and Business Consultant, Scammed ME for $2425.00 and Never Provided Services or a Refund!!!! Los Angeles, California

Randy ripped me off for $2425. I sent him money in November. He has provided no services. Initially, I asked him to send me back $425 because we decided against that service since he was taking so long and feeding me dozens of emails with tons of excuses. He never sent that back. Then I asked for the entire amount andI havent heard a single word from him at all. He was supposed to give me and my fiance 2 tradelines a piece and also set up an incorporation for us. He did neither.

I've spoken with him on the phone a few times and have multiple emails from him but now that I've asked for all my money--no response. A scam. He seemed very decent and professional when contacting me for payment remittance. He has this nice"shell" of a website up with dozens of testimonials.He had so-called staffers call me 100 times before I sent the money. Then after I sent it....all that decreased. That money was for our future. I feel terrible about this whole thing and this man can go on scamming people is insane and criminal! I am also responsible. I shouldve known better. I just want my money back!
