This website offers and guarantees! that anyone with there reseller rights can make the following:

I am going to teach you how I receive an average of $250,000.00 dollars in payments ever single year with the largest online merchant for receiving payments on the internet paypal.com.
I will then turn around and give you complete 100% reseller rights to my system released for the very first time that should earn you at least an average of $3,000.00 every single month within your paypal account.

What it doesn't tell you, is the "real cost" of the whole program. It "falsely" leads you to believe there's "ONLY!" a One Time Cost of $99.00. But once they have your money, then they "unload" the "real" cost of implementing the "so-called" money making program.
