Randy Richard American Heritage Colossal Remodeling Contractor Scam Grandview Indiana

Searched Craig's list to find a Licensed contractor to complete a home remodeling project. Randy made contact on November 20, 2015. He came to home on November 22nd to look at job to be completed, and give an estimate.

Work order written and signed by both parties on November 24, 2015. Randy required $4000 (labor) payment prior to start of construction, on that same date. Three days later, November 27, 2015, he was given a check for $1000 to obtain materials needed for construction.Both checks were cashed by Randy on the same dates given.

He worked for five days over a two week period, a total of 26.75 hours. On fifth day, he left and never returned. No materials paid for were delivered to job, and no money returned.

Work that he did start, had to be torn out and redone because of poor workmanship!!!!!!
