Randy Sigley - Front Range Management What to do if you have to go to court with this individual or company as a tenant. Colorado Springs, Colorado

If you end up in the unfortunate position of going to court with Randy Sigley aka Front Range Management you should know you can not prove he owns the company. If you want to sue someone you have to sue Theresa Penner who does NOT live in Colorado.
I can not give much information because in the lawsuit I just had with him he did not for some reason have to provide me with her information or with the document proving she owns the company. He has a carbon copy from 1993 I believe with here signature saying she owns the company.
You may find a document through the County Clerk and Recorder showing that he borrowed a lot of money on a lean against the building and even had to sign the document saying that he was the owner of the property but for some reason that apparently does not prove he owns the property or the company...even though it says under perjury that he does.
The Judge I had said it did not, maybe yours will be different.
In court you will have to sit and listen to him and his ex wife go through all about how he is allowed to use the company credit card, make decisions without consulting her regarding tenants and how that doesn't mean he's a partner. Also, he isn't paying any taxes for what he makes for working for Front Range Management.
But he's not a business partner/owner...just an employee.
Look her up. If you see anything about a Theresa Penner who is in real estate, you found her.
